- I like to do a full detox once a year. It is kinda like a post holidays stress treatment and I really like this brand. I feel so much better after. I have tried a few and even done a juice fast before didn't like how I felt. But with Lichi I'm not getting all the extra calories and I don't feel like Im using chemicals to clean out chemicals.
