- I have had night terrors since I was a little girl. The therapist never knew what caused them but they were so bad I sometimes couldn't wake myself from them or once i did wake up would be up all night. Happy Dreams speaks for itself when when I say that I rarely get them anymore. Since taking happy dreams I sleep more calmly and I have pleasant dreams most the time if not just not dreaming at all. The rest I get alone makes even my days better not just my nights.
