- I swear by joint support because of having bad hips and shoulders. I need all the help I can get so I do not injure myself and Dymatize lives up to its name with the joint support. I have not had any injuries in a year since taking this and I can actually feel my shoulders getting stronger and my hips dislocate much less then they used to.
