Frequently Ask Questions
How much is shipping and handling?
We offer the lowest shipping rates for nutritional supplements on the web. All packages ship via UPS within 1 business day of purchase. Orders generally take between 2-3 working days for delivery in the continental United States. The first product from our store is a flat rate of $6.99 with each additional item being an additional $0.99. An Additional $1.99 will be charged for shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
We carry more then 4,000 items and typically what is listed on the site is in stock. Please also note that Inventory availability is not guaranteed. You will be notified via e-mail regarding out-of-stock products. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and even offer Google checkout and PayPal as additional option. My Sports Nutrition's website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All My Sports Nutrition payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer's privacy.
What are your shipping policies?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. The cut off time for orders to ship the same business day is 2 P.M. EST. Items shipping to a post office box or military address must be sent via USPS. Items that are returned because of three-failed delivery attempts will be incurred a $10 penalty in addition to the shipping charges. Items that are shipped to the wrong address (when it is the customer's fault) will also be charged a $10 penalty. Items that are refused will be charged a $10 penalty. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not included in estimated shipping times.
We ship to FPO and APO addresses everyday. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and most orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive to their destination. Our troops overseas receive the same price, selection and service that our domestic customers do.
What about International orders?
At this time we are not shipping international orders. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to accept international orders. Please check back for more details in the near future.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If you desire to return a product please contact sales@mysportsnutrition.com with the following information:
Once we have receives the above four items we will issue an RA#. Such RA# will be provided within 36 hours. It is required that the end-user marks the outside of returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #'s clearly marked on packages will be refused.
All returns must be mailed within 5 days from when customer receives RA #.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or end-user dissatisfaction.
In the event of missing products, sales@mysportsnutrition.com must be contacted within 24 hours.
No COD returns will be accepted.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all end user returns.
Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be in a resalable condition.
Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned.
No Cash refunds given on returns.

- Invoice number
- Product description, item # and quantity
- Dates of purchase (all returns must be must be within 10 days of purchase)
- Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user, etc.)
