How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping costs depend on two things:

1. How much USPS charges to send a product
2. How far the package is going

What are your shipping policies?

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. The cut-off time for orders to ship the same business day is 1 pm EST. Items shipping to a post office box or military address must be sent via USPS. Items that are returned because of insufficient address will be returned to stock. Please remember that weekends and holidays are not included in estimated shipping times.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Google Checkout and PayPal. Ship Central’s website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All Ship Central payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer’s privacy.

Do you have samples?

Do you ship to the military?

We ship to FPO, APO, etc. addresses everyday. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and most orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive to their destinations.

Will you beat a competitors price?

We do our best to make the partnership beneficial for both parties involved. We welcome open discussions on pricing.

What about international orders?

Yes, we ship internationally on a daily basis. It does cost more, and there is a service charge for filling out the customs form. Click here for more information on international orders.

Can I return my order for a refund?

If you desire to return a product please contact: support@shipcentral.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Product description and quantity
  3. Dates of purchase (all returns must be must be within 10 days of purchase)
  4. Reason for return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user, etc.)

If you ordered a product from one of our clients, you will need to get in touch with the specific company for a refund. Ship Central does not have billing information for specific orders and, therefore, can not give refunds on client products.

Do your products have a valid expiration date?

All items are brand new and straight from the manufacturers, so you can rest assured that everything has a valid expiration date.

Do you do kitting or box kitting?

Of course! We love kitting jobs. Click here and look under “Additional Optional Services” for more information on kitting.

Do you do samples or one serving?

No, we do not currently offer this.

Do you offer pet products?

We currently do not have the proper testing done for animals. However, please call us to discuss the possibilities.

Can you make my own personal ingredients/recipe?

There is a minimum order that would have to be placed in order to do this. However, we feel that our recipes are great and will fit your needs.

What if I want a different color of bottle or lid?

We would love to discuss this with you on the phone. Again, there is a minimum order to make this happen.

I order my products from a different location, do you take shipments from other warehouses?

Yes, we do. Just send us the product, and let us know what you would like to do with it. We will store the product for you and then ship out to the addresses provided to us. Have bulk orders? Not an issue. We deal with large volumes of product every day.

I already have a label. Can you fix it up a bit?

We have an in-house graphic designer who can help you with your label needs.

Do you have a quality control process in place to review orders on a regular basis?

Yes, we have multiple steps to ensure quality and accuracy on each order, including order specific pick/pack slips, shipping label checks and final signatures by warehouse employees confirming an order is correct.

Will you ship anything?

Can we approve the invoice before it is charged?

Yes, we send out an invoice to look over and approve.
