Taking whey protein is a very nice decision. You can take the Ripped Freak as your Pre workout supplement. It is a very nice product and provide immense energy during workout. It also maximizes the strength and performance. I always recommend this supplement to all because I am getting the benefits of it.

Im trying to put on 5-10 lbs of lean muscle, what supplements do you recommend? right now Im just taking a whey protein and Jack3d as a pre workout.
