A Little About Lori Feldman
Date of Birth: 03/31/1971
Hometown: Coconut Creek, FL
Career: Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach
I run three times a week-ran two 5k’s, weight training, pilates & yoga. I also grew up playing softball, running track, surfing, cycling. I am passionate about fitness. I am in the process of finishing my ISSA certification in Personal Training and Nutrition. As a 41 yr old athlete, I strive to improve the quality of my life so I created my fitness page on Facebook to inspire people of all ages to get fit and feel good in your own skin. There are no limitations in life and you can do anything you set your mind to. I enjoy helping others get fit, answering their questions and encouraging them to join me in my passion about health and fitness.
Competitors you look up to:
Cristy Parave NPC National Level BB. I had the pleasure of meeting Cristy in Naples at Lifestyle Family Fitness. I think she’s amazing. She is the epitome of dedication to the sport, down to earth and really enjoys competing and personal training. My favorite female athlete hands down is Jamie Eason for her daily motivation and fitness knowledge. She is a true inspiration. My favorite male athlete-this one is tough because I love John Carter and Scott Herman for their dedication to fitness and motivating people to get fit and feel great, but I have to go with Troy Kiss. He has been through hell and back as a bodybuilder after his horrific attack being stabbed 11 times. He fought the odds and came back bigger and stronger than ever. He truly enjoys helping others. He is always kind and will answer your fitness or bodybuilding questions and is a true inspiration.

Favorite Cheat Food: I eat clean but when I cheat…NY Style pizza with extra cheese
Favorite Diet Food: Love Greek yogurt and Bolthouse Smoothies
Favorite Body Part to train: Arms and Abs
Least favorite body part to train: I would have to say legs
|Hobbies: I studied visual arts in college in NJ and I love to paint/draw. But it had to take a back seat to my two mini me’s. I have a 5 year old daughter and 3 yr old son. My art hobby has adapted to arts and crafts with my kids and coloring. We love to go for bike rides to the park. We adopted a dog last year and we like to take her for a run. I love mommy and me days with my baby girl-doing nails and shopping. I love football season, big JETS fan.
Words to live by: “Never give up on your dreams, know that you CAN do it, lift people up and be a motivator, treat people the way you want to be treated. Always do what you can to inspire and help others achieve their goals. Then you will know that you have truly arrived”
