A Little About Team Heugly

Shane Heugly is a leading expert in personal training, physique transformation and contest preparation. He has been helping fitness enthusiasts, athletes and physique competitors achieve their fitness goals for over fourteen years. He has taken his passion for bodybuilding, fitness and especially nutrition to a new level by providing hundreds of clients from all over the world with individualized programs tailored to their goals.

Shane began with the goal to provide clients with individually tailored training and nutrition programs in order to help them achieve their physique and performance goals. To Shane, it's more about fitting people with a program that fits their lifestyle, dietary preferences and goals while giving them the plan and mental tools to achieve these goals.

Shane began his career consulting for local bodybuilding competitors while attending the University of Utah. After completing his degrees, he worked for 24 Hour Fitness as a Master Trainer where he has trained close to 20,000 personal training sessions. While working for 24 Hour Fitness he has earned the title of companywide "Trainer of the Year" six years straight.

Shane holds numerous degrees and certifications in Health and Fitness. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science as well as a Bachelors of Education in Health Promotion from the University of Utah. Shane is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Shane along with his wife NGA and PNBA Figure Pro Tiffany Heugly, now work with many clients worldwide. Their clients include all levels of competitors in figure, physique, bikini, and bodybuilding, as well as individuals interested in optimal health. They specialize in contest preparation for Figure, Physique, Bikini, Bodybuilding and fat loss for general wellness.
