Direction

To assess tolerance: Power Fuel is an intense pre-training formula. Mix 1 scoop of Power Fuel with 6 oz. cold water. Wait 30 min. to assess tolerance. If appropriate after 30 min. mix an additional scoop and assess your tolerance again. Once tolerance has been determined‚ mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12oz or more of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. For maximum impact‚ consume on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours from previous meal‚ or 1 hour from TwinLab protein shake). Maximum effect 1-5 hours after ingestion.
